    Responsibilities:

    Build strong client relationships and proactively follow up as required.

    Exemplary phone etiquette with a professional and compassionate approach

    Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

    Learn to address all policy-related inquiries.

    Thoroughly document all client interactions in our management system

    Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success

    Maintaining a high level of client retention through client onboarding and annual reviews

    Requirements:

    Ability to obtain Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License

    1+ years of customer service experience

    Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, active listening

    Enthusiastic about phone-based customer support and assistance

    Proactive in problem-solving

    Strong task prioritization skills

    Basic computer sills

    Highly self-motivated

    Rewards, Hours and Location:

    Up to $50,000 per year (DOE)

    Health Insurance Stipend

    PTO

    Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

    Hybrid work model available, subject to discussion and agreement

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per year
