Job Description

Penmac is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist for an online retailer in Springfield, MO.

Candidates must have strong communication skills to assist customers over the phone, email, and social media platforms. Additional duties include data entry, coordinating freight deliveries, and other administrative support.

Required skills: -Customer service and office experience -Excellent phone etiquette -Strong computer skills

Pay is $15 per hour Schedule includes mostly nights and weekend coverage Temp to hire
