    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Lifecycle Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Lifecycle Marketing department. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of email marketing and marketing research. Ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and is interested in growing their marketing technology skill set. 

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Perform day-to-day activities within the Lifecycle Marketing department  

    • Assist in editing, reviewing, and proofing email & SMS campaigns 

    • Update and manage email campaign inventory/library 

    • Assist in campaign migration from legacy to new platform  

    • Conduct market research and analysis within the education industry  

    • Summarize and compile raw survey data to prepare reports 

    • Build out site aimed at disseminating research across organization

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

    • Marketing major required, preferably a junior or senior 

    • GPA of 3.0 or higher 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment  

    • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented 

    • HTML & CSS experience not required, but a plus! 

    • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week in a remote work environment
