    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager. The expectations of this role are to grow existing accounts and establish new accounts with respect to company sales goals within your assigned territory. Develop and maintain solid relationships with key accounts (OEM, contractors, distributors, building officials, architects, engineers, & HVAC educators) within the RSM territory. Regularly obtain and develop knowledge of your region, including: required codes, key distributors to proactively work with, ideal training locations and others as required.

    Required Skills

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS _ _ ●Grow existing accounts and establish new accounts to obtain assigned sales objectives. ●Develop a sales plan with specific & measurable sales objectives that supports overall company objectives. ● Develop business relationships with key accounts (distributors and OEM) in the region that include sales objectives, product demonstrations via webinars (and in person) as well as training classes. ● Develop and maintain training classes within your territory to help achieve training revenue goals ● Complete weekly and monthly reports tracking growth opportunities through existing and target accounts, customer issues, key activities, opportunities and follow up required to gain and maintain business. ● Complete paperwork, i.e. weekly/monthly sales reports, expense reports, training classes, etc...  Follow-up activity with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.  Keep National Sales Manager & Marketing aware of sales conditions in the territory. ● Attend Trade Shows for the HVAC industry, OEM & distributor meetings & other industry associations. ● Work closely with Mitek Wrightsoft Support department to ensure overall customer satisfaction ● Attendance during regular work hours and overtime as required. Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes but is not limited to the ability to be present at work, arrive on time and be at your work station (in office or at home office) ready for work at the start of the shift. ● Travel is required (15%)

Willing to travel- trade shows, distributor & dealer meetings, company meetings in St. Louis or Denver
