    POSITION OVERVIEW 

    The Field Case Designer provides illustrations, advance sales concepts, and marketing support to the financial professionals in order to increase life insurance and annuity sales.

      

    POSITION EXPECTATIONS 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Assists financial professionals with the design of their cases, which includes illustration preparation, use of advance sales concepts, and insuring that all appropriate marketing materials are available for the sale.
    • Implements marketing program lead generation programs, and the development and organization of seminars and informational meetings.
    • Participates in joint work opportunities where needed
    • Monitors progress and measures advanced sales results
    • Insures office has the most current versions of all marketing materials.
    • Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
    • Remains current in profession and industry trends.
    • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

     

    Required Skills

    SKILLS & ABILITIES 

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Internet and software applications, including illustrations, advanced sales software and proposals
    • Strong communication skills (written & oral); and presentation skills
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
    • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment.

    Required Experience

    EXPERIENCE 

    • 3 or more years of experience in life insurance and other related advanced sales concepts

     

    EDUCATION/LICENSES/PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS 

    • College degree required
