     POSITION SUMMARY:

     Under direction primarily from Tax Principals, the Individual Tax Manager will be responsible for the review of high net worth individual federal and state tax returns with a specialty focusing in the financial services and hedge fund industries.

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s  in Tax preferred
    • CPA License
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Problem solving and research skills

     

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALITIES PREFERRED:

     

    • 6 – 8 years of experience
    • Proficiency in individual federal and state tax law
    • Ability to multi-task, communicate and maintain relationship with clients
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • A willingness to diversify knowledge in specialized areas

    • Train, delegate and supervise staff
