Responsibilities: • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties to ensure safety and compliance with regulations • Manage a team of property managers and maintenance vendors to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction • Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed decisions on property management accounts, leasing, and pricing • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to foster a positive and productive working environment Qualifications: • 7+ years Residential Property Management Experience • Valid CA Real Estate License • Ability to work hard, very hard • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility • Strong attention to detail and organization Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 depending upon experience
