Role You Will Play
The Senior Pension Consulting Actuary will focus on providing clients with day-to-day support, ensuring that actuarial valuations, compliance filings, consulting analyses, and client communications are prepared accurately, consistently, and in accordance with technical and professional standards.
This role is entrusted to continually look for opportunities in streamlining workflows, improving documentation, evaluating software solutions, and formalizing procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality across the pension department.

Ideal Background Profile
8+ years’ experience in a multiemployer or single employer pension consulting environment
Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, and/or EA)
Strong technical actuarial background with demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent project, workflow, and operations management skills paired with proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent deliverables
Highly client-service oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
