    Retirement plan administration firm is looking to fill a position in our firm. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure/deadlines. Candidate must also be very organized and detail oriented, must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality, and must be able to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Candidate must have excellent communication in English and Spanish. Microsoft Office is a must. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate team member. - Tracking and monitoring information received from clients. - Review information received from client for accuracy and request missing information. - Maintaining an accurate database. - Follow up according to procedures with client. - Assisting in special projects as needed. Requirements: Be bilingual. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish; - Have excellent writing skills; - Be organized and detail oriented; - Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure/deadlines; - Maintain high levels of confidentiality; - Be able to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision; - Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
