Job Description

Pentair is currently seeking Customer Service Rep/Dispatchers to handle inbound calls from customers requesting service and/or information and place outbound service prompts to our existing customer base, as well as happy checks following service. They also schedule and assign the jobs and work with our technician force to optimize and manage their daily routes. We work in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on providing a great customer experience.

You will:

· Provide excellent customer service to inbound and outbound phone based customers

· Scheduling maintenance and service appointments

· Offer basic technical support to customers

· Maximize route efficiency

You should:

· High School Diploma or equivalent - college a plus

· Pass drug screen and background check requirements

We like, but don’t require:

· Spanish-speaking

· Have minimum 2 years customer service experience

· Have minimum 2 years dispatch experience

· Have knowledge of the Greater Phoenix geographical area

Additional Information:

· Position is temporarily work from home after initial training period at our Tempe location
