POSITION SUMMARY

This position with PENTAL SURFACES requires accurate data entry for receiving of materials/products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and insures delivery of materials/product to the proper locations.

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Inputs incoming inventory shipments into ERP system for preparation of receipt.  Processes freight and order allocations as well as final posting to live inventory.
• Works closely with Accounts Payable and Purchasing to maintain the flow of paperwork and information.
• Enters and maintains ETA’s for inbound container shipments after initial information is entered by purchasing
• Properly inputs product into the computer system and forwards proper documentation to accounts payable.
• Track direct shipments to customers and provide backup for billing these shipment types.
• Communicates with warehouse personnel about incoming containers, check in status and other issues that arise during physical check in of materials. 
• Communicates and coordinates with appropriate buyer for product returns/repairs and claims.
• Communicate effectively with freight companies in regards shipment status, paperwork and other issues that may arise. 
• Assists other departments as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School required.
• General experience in receiving
• Dancik International software experience – desirable
• Stone Profits software experience - desirable
