Job Summary : The People Business Partner role will be someone who is a creative business problem solver who is responsible for the development and delivery of innovative people solutions. More specifically, the role will be executing the talent agenda in support of all business objectives and strategic direction of AIR Communities. This position serves as a generalist (functionally) with an emphasis in the areas of onboarding, offboarding, team member relations, people operations, data maintenance and leader coaching and development.
