    Human Resources Generalist $55,000 - $60,000 per year + benefits

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with management to refine job descriptions, screen candidates, and gather feedback on all interviewees.

    Recruit for candidates in a variety of methods, including online ads, job fairs, community organizations, social media groups, etc.

    Conduct interviews to provide information about each job position and effectively screen candidates through recruitment process.

    Utilize the Paylocity HRIS system to manage all HR functions.

    Assist in new employee onboarding, orientation, training, and technology setup.

    Assist in medical and 401(k) benefits administration.

    Create internal announcements to celebrate employee milestones and achievements.

    Develop content for company social media pages.

    Assist in performance management process and produce detailed and accurate reports for quarterly bonus/commission structure.

    Assist in ensuring human resources compliance in accordance with changing laws.

    Assist with general administrative functions as needed.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.

    3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. *Recruiting in the construction industry is highly preferred.

    HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred, but not required

    Proficiency with HRIS systems- *Paylocity preferred.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, zoom conferences, and laptop, ipad, and cell phone set up for new employees.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Competitive salary based on experience.

    Two weeks of paid, personal time off (PTO).

    Seven (7) paid holidays per year.

    Employer contribution to medical insurance through Cigna.

    Dental, vision, and other benefits available.

    401(k) plan eligibility with employer matching after 3 months of employment.
