JOB OVERVIEW
As the P&C Coordinator you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating team member records, screening applications, supporting at hiring events, employee relations cases, Benefits and other tasks within the department.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support Recruiting and Employment process
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employment
- Oversee team member labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Support Team Members when issues arise with efficient problem-solving, including answering team member requests
- Redirecting related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Maintaining records of personnel-related data in data base and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments of functions (payroll, benefits, etc)
- Assist with orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general P&C activity
- Assist in ad-hoc P&C projects, like collection of Team Member feedback Coordinate L&D initiatives
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc).
- Assist in any Employee Relations meetings or processes
- Support other functions as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office, ATS software
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices
- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Must be able to commute from Office location to corporate office and other venues

- CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
