    Job Description

    The People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for digitalizing current files. The coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture department while continuously setting an example of our values of care, respect, integrity, performance, and teamwork. The position is temporary and is expected to last up to six (6) months, unless an extension is communicated and approved. The schedule is flexible between Monday-Friday, with a maximum of 29 hours per week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize, scan, and electronically file all hard copy files efficiently and consistently.
    • Provide administrative training support
    • Understanding of cultural communications.
    • Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues to promote a harmonious working environment.
    • Be a professional, motivated, and skilled performer
    • Provides consistent guidance and adherence to Haile Gold Mine P&C policies, guidelines, procedures, programs, and philosophies. Communicates these policies, etc., as appropriate.
    • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
    • Complies with all safety requirements and observes all company policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Due to MSHA regulations, you must be 18 years or older to work onsite
    • On the job training
    • A high degree of computer literacy is required, with effective skills in MS products desired.
