People Data Labs is focused on democratizing access to world-class business information. We empower developers to create innovative, compliant data products at scale. Were building clean, consumable datasets of resume, company, location, and school data, which our customers consume via a suite of APIs.
We have an amazing team of around 60 people. Were profitable and were growing quickly. Were backed by amazing investors including Founders Fund, 8VC, and Susa Ventures.
We spend an extensive amount of time searching the globe for people who are hungry to improve, curious about how things work, and who dont accept dogma as truth.
YOUR ROLE AT PDL
- Work with senior leadership to determine employee on-boarding & learning needs across the company
- Lead the development of a manager learning program, focused on training our leadership team in the essential aspects of great management
- Identify and develop ongoing education programs for employees with a focus on career-path development
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads on career path development on the various roles within each organization, help map out requirements for advancement and help define seniority levels
- Develop a measurement strategy for program effectiveness & work with the HR team to gather data & insights
- Facilitate high-impact company & team off-sites
- Identify, evaluate, & partner with external vendors as needed to execute program needs
- Build a team to support the growing learning & development program
WHAT YOULL BRING
- 7+ years of learning & development experience
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Exceptional time management skills in managing multiple priorities & meet challenging deadlines
- Project management proficiency
- Able to build trust & rapport quickly
- Demonstrated ability to act with discretion, have exceptional integrity & judgment in handling confidential information

Yearly Salary: $150-200k
