    What You’ll Do

    Build genuine connections with customers and help them navigate short-term financial solutions

    Buy, sell, and loan on items such as jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles

    Use sales skills paired with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment

    Work as part of a close-knit team where communication and accountability matter

    Create positive in-store experiences that keep customers coming back

    Contribute to social media and community engagement efforts (training provided)

    Who We’re Looking For

    Someone with a stable work history who values consistency and growth

    A people-person who can connect with diverse customers and situations

    Comfortable making decisions when things aren’t black-and-white

    Sales-minded, curious, and motivated to learn

    Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus, but not required
