Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. We are based in Tampa, FL but are currently 100% remote due to Covid.  Even after Covid we will most likely be fully remote for those who want. We service the whole United States so are looking for people that are able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 9am - 7pm - Mon - Fri.

This is an Entry level Recruiter opening and we prefer people with little to no prior Recruiting experience. Its a great opportunity to launch a new career in the staffing business. Fresh college graduates or anyone looking to transition careers from restaurant workers to military people looking to enter civilian life. 

Looking for people that want to work hard and connect with candidates. Reaching out to potential candidates via the phone will be our main priority followed by text and email.

This is a base + commission recruiting position. The pay is $15/hr plus commission. Average year 1 earnings are 35-$38k and then be set up to earn 45-$50k in year 2. This is an average so its definitely possible to earn more commission quicker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Make 80+ calls per day
• Work with prospective candidates on resume updates
• Interpret job descriptions as defined by clients
• Comfortable meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong MS Word skills - updating resumes
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Enjoy being on the phone and speaking with candidates.
