    Job Description

    Brand Advocacy Campaign & Content Manager As a member of the Consumer Group Brand Advocacy team, you will create and manage campaigns that empower customers to share their love for Mint and TurboTax products and experiences. Through engaging campaigns, personalized content and innovative brand advocacy experiences, you will inspire our customers to be our biggest advocates! Role Overview: Day-to-day campaign management for the Invite-a-friend and Brand Ambassador Programs for TurboTax and Mint Ongoing creative and copy updates and testing for IAF, to optimize program outcomes Partner closely with Brand Ambassador program lead, and PR/Comms team to create meaningful, inspirational content that fuels engagement in our Brand Ambassador community Leverage data and insights to inform quick decisions and drive optimizations Experiment with new content formats and innovation methods to deliver and present content to our community of Brand Ambassadors Maintain and update digital library of social proof assets and content Contribution to other Brand Advocacy programs as needed, including customer reviews and social campaigns. For more information about ***’s hiring practices, please read their EEO policy. 3+ years’ experience in digital communications, with core experience in social media, campaign management, and content development and community management A natural storyteller, and takes a journalistic approach to crafting engaging and meaningful narratives Innate passion to innovate and do never-done-before work Naturally collaborative with the ability to collaborate across different levels of seniority and business functions Customer obsessed Ability to analyze and make decisions using data Laser focus on priorities and business outcomes Can manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail Experience working with large consumer and/or tech brands, as well as with or for digital marketing agencies is a plus
