Our company is currently seeking ​an AP Analyst with a MINIMUM of 3 years AP experience to join our team!  Accuracy and Analytical Processing needed. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Invoice procession/validations/resolutions
• Work in conjunction with Procurement Department
• GL coding and approvals
• Verify subcontractors invoicing
• Month End Financials
• Tax Data and Compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of all Accounting Principals
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
