Our company is currently seeking an AP Analyst with a MINIMUM of 3 years AP experience to join our team! Accuracy and Analytical Processing needed. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invoice procession/validations/resolutions
- Work in conjunction with Procurement Department
- GL coding and approvals
- Verify subcontractors invoicing
- Month End Financials
- Tax Data and Compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of all Accounting Principals
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
