Responsible for volumetric and revenue accounting on movements of clean products for assigned pipeline systems and terminals.
Ensures integrity of data, provides information to internal and external pipeline shippers regarding product movements and invoices shippers for their movements.
Record tariff revenues, terminaling service revenues, throughput and deficiencies and product gains and losses.
Investigate out of tolerance gain/loss volumes and revenue variance.
Interface heavily with customers as well as pipeline and terminal personnel.
Submit various reports to internal recipients and government agencies.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2+ years accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good communications and teamwork skills
Self-starter with strong analytical and accounting skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Good organizational skills
Fast learner
SAP experience is a plus
Pipeline and terminal accounting experience a plus
