We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our People Operations Manager in fostering a positive company culture, maintaining smooth HR operations, and ensuring team members are well-supported. This role plays a critical part in administering payroll, onboarding new hires, coordinating training and performance reviews, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting cross-departmental communication of HR policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a foundational understanding of HR practices, with the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and records related to employee performance, payroll, and other HR metrics. • Assist with the coordination and execution of the onboarding process for new properties and team members, ensuring smooth transitions and a welcoming environment for all new hires. • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives. • Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for employee meetings, orientations, and company-wide presentations. • Work closely with other departments to ensure HR-related policies are effectively communicated and implemented, ensuring consistent enforcement across the organization. Qualifications: • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, payroll administration, or related field. Prior experience in hospitality or people operations is a plus. • Willingness to travel as needed and maintain flexibility in responding to the operational needs of the business. • Ability to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and assist with resolving issues related to HR operations. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • An associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and HR-related experience will be considered. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
