We're looking for a resourceful and highly organized People Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of our global team. This role will be the operational engine behind many of our core internal processes, helping us deliver a consistent, thoughtful employee experience from onboarding through offboarding and everything in between.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has a strong sense of ownership, and enjoys creating structure and clarity behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the logistical side of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new hires feel supported from day one and exits are smooth
- Support junior-level recruiting by managing interview logistics and candidate tracking
- Track and manage key people processes: performance reviews, training participation, handbook updates, and documentation
- Own operational tasks like equipment management, swag coordination, and internal record-keeping
- Assist with travel and hotel bookings for team events and in-person gatherings
- Help run internal programs and culture initiatives, including global calls, training rollouts, and virtual events
- Send reminders, follow-ups, and track completion across company-wide initiatives
- Maintain internal systems and documentation to keep workflows organized and up to date
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in an operations, admin, or coordinator role
- Experience in a fast-paced, remote, or globally distributed environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive and dependable work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and Zoom
- Collaborative and approachable team player
