This is an operations-first role. While you do not need deep HR or labor law experience — we will teach the right person our processes, systems, and expectations over time, HR background is preferred.

Support compensation, payroll coordination, and compliance-related paperwork (in partnership with Finance and leadership)

Assist with performance management processes and internal tracking

Support basic people operations processes as the company grows (training provided)

    Recruiting & Hiring Support

Post open roles and manage incoming applications

    Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

Support hiring managers with scheduling and logistics

    Office Operations

Keep the office organized, functional, and welcoming

Assist with scheduling, internal coordination, and light administrative tasks

    Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has 2–5 years of experience in office operations, administrative support, HR or coordination roles

Is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Has strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor

Enjoys being the go-to person others rely on

Is comfortable working in-office on a hybrid schedule

Is eager to learn people operations and grow with the company

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience considered in lieu of a degree.

    Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to grow. With strong performance, there is a clear path to expanded responsibility and advancement into broader people operations or HR-focused roles over time.
