    Compensation: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

    About the Role:

    The People Support Center Representative is responsible for reviewing, processing, and entering transactions involving confidential employee information while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role addresses routine and moderately complex inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR services and escalates issues when necessary.

    The representative maintains proactive communication with employees, providing timely status updates until issues are resolved. They work collaboratively with other teams within the People Center and operations to enhance the employee experience. Utilizing standardized scripts, reference materials, FAQs, HR policies, and process documentation, they either resolve inquiries directly or escalate them to the appropriate team. Additionally, they contribute to ongoing improvements in HR inquiry handling and transaction management.

    This role also oversees employee transactions in the HRIS system, including but not limited to onboarding, position changes, and terminations. Additional responsibilities include performing routine HR tasks such as document scanning, printing, and mail sorting.

    Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information.

    Responsibilities:

    People Transaction Processing – Verify, process, and input confidential employee data into the HRIS system, including onboarding, position changes, terminations, background check, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    Employee & Manager Support – Respond to routine and semi-routine inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR services, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution. Triage inquiries to other PC teams when appropriate.

    HR Document Management – Handle document scanning, printing, mail sorting, and maintaining accurate HR records.

    Status Tracking & Communication – Maintain proactive contact with employees and managers to provide status updates and ensure awareness until resolution.

    Collaboration & Coordination – Partner with HR teams and operations to ensure seamless HR processes and issue resolution.

    Job Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    2-3 years of experience in HR, shared services, customer service, or administrative support roles.

    Familiarity with HRIS systems

    Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese

    Preferred Requirements:

    Familiarity with UKG

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    Essential Function:

    Able to handle company and employee confidential information

    Effective Oral and written communication skills

    Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
