PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Lead - Hybrid Remote
Guide functional design, configuration, and optimization of an Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain environment supporting a large US port authority’s finance, grants, procurement, and project operations.
Responsibilities
• Serve as primary functional lead across in-scope modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management, Project Costing, Procurement, Grants, Contracts, Cash Management, Query, and nVision reporting.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, requirements workshops, and solution design sessions with finance and operational stakeholders.
• Lead configuration, functional testing, and regression testing for PUM updates, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring stability and alignment with business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams on specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations, ensuring minimal-impact design and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and change enablement.
• Support managed services by providing expert guidance on complex incidents and continuous process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

_ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:_
• Minimum 8 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, PS FSCM functional consultant leading functional workstreams for upgrades, PUM cycles, enhancement projects in production environments, design and execute end-to-end test scenarios, including UAT coordination with business users, PeopleSoft Query and nVision for reporting and data analysis with finance, procurement, grants, and project stakeholders in public sector or large enterprises.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• MUST Be Available for Hybrid Remote at Norfolk, Virginia location including workshops on site.
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: MUST Be US Citizen for Government Clearance!
