URGENTLY HIRING

PEOPLE ZONE STAFFING IS NOW HIRING A BILINGUAL RECRUITER FOR OUR KELLER, TX AND DALLAS, TX OFFICES

This is a great permanent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the staffing industry and work with one of the fastest growing staffing agencies in DFW! While other agencies were closing or laying off people during COVID-19, we grew through it and even hired on more people!

SCHEDULE

• We typically work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• We take one hour for lunch between the hours of 11:30 - 1:30
• Recruiters/Account Managers are expected to check in with clients on occasion before hours and work extra time when needed!

EXPECTATIONS/JOB DUTIES

• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, coordinate interviews with clients

• Evaluate potential candidates, check backgrounds, conduct drug screens, do new hire paperwork and data entry

• Check/Send emails, Check Voicemails, Take Calls

• Communicate with clients, candidates, and office staff

• Build and establish solid relationships with clients, hit recruiting numbers and goals

• Be willing to jump in and do what is needed to help the team and get the job done
