Job Title: Data Payroll Specialist
Location: Evansville, Indiana

Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00 an hour based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, plus some overtime

Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a major contracting firm located in Evansville, IN is looking for a qualified and experienced Payroll specialist. The candidate should be well versed in payroll and other administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll using accounting software and other programs including a field timeclock system
• Checking timesheets for accuracy
• Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
• Handling direct deposit requests and data

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

• Payroll and Administrative experience in a large company
• Eager to learn and work in a team environment
• Proficient in computer skills
• Able to communicate effectively
