We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for Animal House Pet Resort (located at 26 New Bern St Wilmington, NC 28403) that offers top of market pet care in a safe and clean environment. You will be joining a team of pet lovers who takes care of dogs and cats while the pet parents are out and about.

Here's what you will be doing:

• Be the face our customers see as they drop off and pick up their fur babies
• Provide world-class service to all our customers, human and pet alike
• Have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services.
• Have exceptional communication and listening skills
• Ensure that all clients have a positive experience as you are often perceived as the "face" of our pet resort
• Have a positive attitude, the ability to handle multiple challenges at once, and ability to learn quickly
• Must love people and dogs!

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with a computer system, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a passion for animals. We do require a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and have a team mentality. You will be working in an individual as well as a team setting. We do require animal handling, attention to detail, and customer service experience.
