Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Day Program Instructor facilitates the client’s departure and arrival for work or daily outdoor community integration activities in various weather conditions and supports clients with daily living and vocational activities. A Day Program Instructor participates in client assessment, planning, and evaluation processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a California Driver’s License

Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Instructor works both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Frequent lifting to 50 lbs.
