Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience as a PeopleSoft HR Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products, including Excel for detailed reporting.
- Experience with ERP/PeopleSoft, including implementation and post-go-live enhancements.
- Experience in Commitment Control, Purchasing, E-Procurement, AP, Cash Receipts, Inventory, Assets, and Grants.
- Experience with ledger reconfiguration impacts, testing, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead process reengineering for Financial Systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Design and test queries and reports to streamline business processes and support decision-making.
- Assist with ledger reconfiguration, including impact analysis and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather system improvement requirements.
- Oversee full lifecycle activities, including testing, configuration, and system upgrades.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation to support all development and reengineering tasks.
- Provide expert guidance on financial modules to ensure optimal system use and reporting accuracy.
