1. PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Lead - 8 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, PS FSCM functional consultant leading functional workstreams for upgrades, PUM cycles, enhancement projects in production environments, design and execute end-to-end test scenarios, including UAT coordination with business users, PeopleSoft Query and nVision for reporting and data analysis with finance, procurement, grants, and project stakeholders in public sector or large enterprises.
2. PeopleSoft Technical Lead - 8 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker, leading technical workstreams for PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM implementations, and complex integration initiatives, PeopleTools and associated lifecycle management practices, PS Test Framework, regression and performance testing, implement coding standards, source control, CI/CD, with proven ability to work closely with functional, security, and infrastructure teams, in public sector or large enterprises.
3. Task Order Project Manager - 10 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, including IT Project Engagement Management, Peoplesoft FSCM focused, demonstrated success managing managed-services and project-based models concurrently, formal SLAs/KPIs and executive-level reporting, PS full lifecycle management - (lead multidisciplinary teams including functional, technical, DBA/infra, security), PUM, tools and application upgrades, regression testing, cutover planning, governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder communication, lead in public sector or large enterprises.

Qualifications

_ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS_ :
• Minimum 10 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, including IT Project Engagement Management, Peoplesoft FSCM focused, demonstrated success managing managed-services and project-based models concurrently, formal SLAs/KPIs and executive-level reporting, PS full lifecycle management - (lead multidisciplinary teams including functional, technical, DBA/infra, security), PUM, tools and application upgrades, regression testing, cutover planning, governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder communication, lead in public sector or large enterprises.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• MUST Be Available for Hybrid Remote at Norfolk, Virginia location including workshops on site.
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: US Citizen for Government Clearance!
