    About this Role:

    Imagineeer is seeking a skilled Human Capital Management (HCM) Security Administrator to design, implement, and maintain robust security frameworks within Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role is essential for ensuring appropriate access controls, maintaining compliance with security policies, and protecting sensitive data within HCM environments. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of HCM security architecture, strong technical skills, and a thorough understanding of security best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security models within HCM applications

    Create and manage roles, permission lists, and user profiles based on job responsibilities and least privilege principles

    Develop and implement row-level security, field-level security, and query security configurations

    Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modification processes

    Conduct regular security audits and access reviews to ensure appropriate system access

    Implement segregation of duties controls to prevent conflicts of interest and reduce fraud risk

    Document security configurations, policies, and procedures for HCM environments

    Monitor security logs and investigate potential security violations or unauthorized access

    Provide guidance on security best practices for HCM implementations

    Support security-related aspects of HCM upgrades and patches

    Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure security controls meet regulatory requirements

    Develop automated solutions for user provisioning, security reporting, and access certification

    Create and maintain security matrices that map roles to permissions and business functions

    Conduct security impact analyses for system changes and new implementations

    Provide training and guidance to system administrators and users on security procedures

    Qualifications and Skills:

    U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain Public Trust clearance.

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

    5+ years of experience administering HCM security

    Strong experience with HCM security tools and components

    Demonstrated experience implementing comprehensive security models

    Experience with security auditing and compliance requirements

    Expert knowledge of HCM security architecture and components

    Strong understanding of role-based access control concepts and implementation

    Experience with HCM permission lists, roles, and user profiles

    Knowledge of row-level security and data permission implementation

    Experience with query security and reporting security models

    Understanding of segregation of duties principles and implementation

    Strong SQL skills for security-related queries and troubleshooting

    Experience with security audit processes and access certification

    Knowledge of user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows

    Understanding of single sign-on implementation with the HCM

    Experience with HCM security troubleshooting and issue resolution

    Strong analytical skills with attention to security details

    Excellent documentation skills for security configurations and procedures

    Understanding of general cybersecurity principles and best practices

    Strong communication skills for explaining security concepts to diverse audiences

    Desired Skills and Competencies:

    Understanding of federal security requirements and compliance frameworks

    Experience implementing security frameworks for enterprise HCM platforms, including UI-level controls, identity and access management, integration security, and compliance in regulated environments

    Understanding of multi-factor authentication implementation

    Knowledge of encryption technologies and implementation

    Experience with security incident response procedures

    Understanding of privileged access management for HCMs

    Experience with security logging and monitoring solutions

    Knowledge of data masking and data protection techniques

    Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) or HCM certifications
