You’ll oversee the entire property management brokerage operation, build the team up, and train them to be top performers. Responsibilities: • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Cooperate with the leadership team on strategies to achieve goals and expand the brokerage • Run all operational aspects of the property management brokerage including listings, work orders, customer relations • Be sure that all state and federal laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all staff • Oversee and manage all vendor relationships • Strategize with the marketing department to ensure the brokerage is branded, positioned, and promoted well • Create and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the brokerage • Create training materials for new staff and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful property management brokerage • Must have a broker's license • Expertise in the property management industry and all state, federal, Fair Housing laws to ensure compliance with our brokerage • Over 3 years of experience in a property management brokerage Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
