    We’re hiring an experienced, professional full-time property management broker to take our team to the next level. You’ll oversee the entire property management brokerage operation, build the team up, and train them to be top performers. Responsibilities: • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Cooperate with the leadership team on strategies to achieve goals and expand the brokerage • Run all operational aspects of the property management brokerage including listings, work orders, customer relations • Be sure that all state and federal laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all staff • Oversee and manage all vendor relationships • Strategize with the marketing department to ensure the brokerage is branded, positioned, and promoted well • Create and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the brokerage • Create training materials for new staff and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful property management brokerage • Must have a broker's license • Expertise in the property management industry and all state, federal, Fair Housing laws to ensure compliance with our brokerage • Over 3 years of experience in a property management brokerage Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
