Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to determine wants and needs Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License Compensation: $62,000 - $75,000 yearly including base & commission
