Responsibilities: • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the property in Gainesville, FL, US, ensuring all rental facets are functioning correctly and maintaining vendor connections. • Quickly arrange service and improvement contracts for tenants to ensure their satisfaction. • Facilitate the conclusion of rental contracts with occupants through lease arrangements and the timely collection and refunding of security deposits for a smooth move-in and move-out process. • Manage rent payments, financial obligations, and other tasks to achieve financial objectives. • Evaluate local leasing prices and calculate costs to ensure pricing aligns with current market trends. • Conduct property leasing activities, including giving tours and handling leads effectively. Qualifications: • Experience in managing multi-family or residential properties is required. • Holding a valid Real Estate License is a must. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. • The role does not involve weekend or evening hours. Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000
