Responsibilities: • Follow-up and nurture leads in a timely, professional manner • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Hold buyer/seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Act as the liaison from contract to closing Qualifications: • Motivated to acquire or has a Florida real estate license • Passionate about selling and providing exceptional experiences • Works well in a self-directed, self-disciplined manner • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Driven and desires professional growth • Handles rejection constructively Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 yearly
