As the leader of our startup team, you will play a key role in driving growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking a highly skilled relationship builder who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the development of this new business unit. Responsibilities: • Advise clients on real estate investment strategies • Analyze properties (BOV, comparables, research) • Prepare & promote marketing materials for exclusive listings • Prospect new client relationships and network with other industry professionals • Negotiate exclusive listing & purchase & sales agreements • Manage documentation and databases • Lead training workshops for fellow commercial agents • Lead team members & ensure cross-team collaboration Qualifications: • Florida Real Estate License • Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market • Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders in the industry • Awareness of current economic conditions, interest rates, and industry dynamics that may impact commercial real estate investments and transactions • CCIM is a plus, but not required to start • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field is a plus but not required Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
