Pepine Realty is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join the team and help grow our Commercial Real Estate Division in Alachua County/North Central Florida. The new Commercial Agent will increase the company's exposure into other counties throughout Florida across various asset classes. Responsibilities: • Recruit 2 - 3 experienced commercial agents (or be one of them) to grow the commercial division of a thriving real estate brokerage. • Develop relationships across a variety of commercial segments. • Join and actively participate in networking groups. • Capture and market local, regional and state listings to potential buyers. • Generation of new business opportunities through cold calling potential clients, visiting properties and setting up appointments. May be located in Jacksonville, FL; Gainesville, FL; Orlando FL. Qualifications: • Must have Florida Real Estate License. • Must have minimum of 3 years in commercial real estate sales with at least $5M in commercial real estate yearly sales. • Must live by the company's core values of integrity, accountability, excellence, family, service, and fun. Compensation: $100,000+ based on production
