The Building Maintenance Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building and the surrounding grounds. Their duties include dishes, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors; dusting furniture, walls and equipment; cleaning walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors and other surfaces; sanitizing restroom facilities; collecting and emptying trash; preventing and eliminating indoor pests; performing routine maintenance activities and performing heavy cleaning duties.
