Peppertree Hospitality Group, a rapidly growing, Spokane based hotel company is searching for ideal candidates to fill the role of Assistant Regional Hotel Operation Manager.
The Assistant Regional Hotel Operation Manager (ARHOM) has responsibility for the overall performance of 4 Peppertree Hospitality Group (PHG); The Best Western Plus/Premier Peppertree in Omak WA, Spokane, WA, Nampa ID, and Bend OR.
The ARHOM provides interim General Manager oversight to any assigned PHG hotel. Oversees the general operations of current hotel facilities and acts as the liaison to hotel brand corporate entities to assure franchise requirements are met. Participates in the operations of associated Company businesses on an as-needed basis. Reports directly to VP of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
On an Interim basis as assigned, assumes all General Manager Responsibilities for each hotel property assigned as General Manager or in some cases Assistant General Manager
Provides support to Hotel General Managers in Recruiting and developing staff. Provides support by mentoring, coaching, counseling, team building and evaluating performance, etc.
Assists in developing a product improvement plan for each property
Ensures QA readiness for each assigned property and brand standards are being followed.
Daily/weekly monitoring of all hotel operations
Participates in the development of Hotel Marketing Plans and operational and capital budgets for each hotel.
Performs weekly/monthly review of financial reports
Participates in the Revenue Management process for all assigned hotels
Assists in developing the annual sales incentive plan for each hotel based on budgets and/or sales goals. Supports sales staff at each property to assure achievement of goals
Participates in company-wide sales effort; monitors and assists in the development and implementation of the sales plan
Assures compliance with human resources policies and procedures
Champions the quality assurance process for Reservation calls
Maintains and updates Hotel Company written policies and procedures in conjunction with Hotel Division VP
Represents the organization by participating in the business community
All other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the V.P. Hotels
Requirements:
Must be able to travel and work at different hotels in the Northwest
Must be have valid driving license
Must be willing to help out in all aspects of a hotel (laundry, bartend, room/hotel cleaning, guest interaction)
Willing and able to get licensed to serve alcohol
