Job Description

THE PRODUCTION FOREMAN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING MEMBERS OF THE PRODUCTION STAFF TO ENSURE THAT ALL PRODUCTION IS COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with production staff to ensure that all employees are in their appropriate positions
• Track employee attendance
• Ensure that all employees maintain a clan and safe working area
• Support the maintenance department with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Complete daily Production Reports and Downtime Logs
• Update daily production schedules as needed to meet customer demands
• Communicate any production issues or requirements to Production Manager

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License 
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good work ethic
