Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
To process all applicants from recruitment through interviews, screening, and follow up in order to aid in the selection of qualified personnel and to prepare and maintain records, files and tracking of Personnel and Public relationship matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To interview all applications, including the following:
Tracking of personnel turnover in relation to:
To prepare information and data concerning turnover, applications received, etc. for sales meetings, reviews and evaluations.
To assist in conducting of plant tours by outside classes, research of subject material, coordination of employee’s participation, recruiting speakers, etc.
To assist the Training Manager in his duties in relation to scheduling of classes, conducting classes, research of subject material, coordination of employees’ participation, recruiting speakers, etc.
To assist the Director of Human Resources in any manner he deems necessary to promote the personnel portion of the well-being of the company.
