    Pepsi Cola of Worcester Food Service Sales Rep (FSR) –

    This management position leads to the sales & development of Pepsi brand portfolio in new and existing restaurant business. The Food Service Sales Rep (FSR) will be accountable to ensure all local and national sales initiatives are executed to help build Pepsi-Cola, Schweppes, Lipton, Gatorade, Celsius & Tropicana brands within the bottler franchise territory.

    This role is responsible for the volume and distribution strategy of the Pepsi Food Service department.

    • Leverage relationships with existing restaurant partners to expand Pepsi brands sales.
    • Acquire high value new customers- Restaurants, Pizza/Sandwich, Rec & Retail, Lodging, C&U customers.
    • Drive marketplace distribution- Fountain, Single Serve package growth, new brand distribution opportunities within franchise region customer base.
    • Prospect and acquire new food service accounts using customized sell in presentations.
    • Identify and align resources to sign customers to Food Service contracts.
    • Build current business base by responding to customer calls and resolving issues.
    • Convert local accounts ensuring marketing equipment and product placement.
    • Achieve food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory.
    • Ensure Food Service merchandising standards are executed in all accounts.
    • Activate local marketplace initiatives to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
    • Monitor and report on competitive activity.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Sales experience in Beverages, Restaurant or Food Industry preferred.
    • Experience with Fountain Beverage installs, and repair skills preferred.
    • Ability to be self-starter and create new account leads.
    • Proven analytical abilities.
    • Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Strong Communication, Negotiation, Influencing & Organization skills required.
