BrightStar is GROWING! We are searching for an LPN in the twin cities who is comfortable with a little bit of travel. BrightStar covers majority of the Metro area and we're in need of an LPN who is seeking per diem hours. Our goal is to grow you from per diem to part time or full time, what ever you would prefer. Our LPN shifts typically range from 1-3 hours per client depending on the service they're receiving. We provide services as such: Med set-up, tube feeding, vent and trach care, and much more! Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.

Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of MN.

Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
