We’re seeking an experienced Per Diem Infusion RN to join our team! The ideal candidate is ready to onboard quickly and is comfortable driving within a one-hour radius of St. Paul. This role involves delivering high-quality infusion care and, when needed, supervising staff to ensure services meet professional standards. We're an independently owned and operated agency known for being “caring, compassionate, and cheerful,” and we’re looking for enthusiastic team members to match that energy. Work as much or as little as you like—days, nights, weekends, and holidays are available. This flexible, per diem position is based on your availability, with infusion and injection visits scheduled according to treatment plans. Compensation is $70 for 1-hour visits, $50 for the first two hours of longer visits, then $45 per hour thereafter. Mileage pay may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, partnering pharmacies and providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of practice.

Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
