BrightStar Care of Milford–Framingham is hiring HHAs and CNAs specifically for overnight shifts. If you prefer quiet hours, consistent routines, and focused one-on-one care, this is your lane.

Shift Details

Schedule: Overnight

Hours: 9:30 PM – 8:30 AM

Availability: 7 days a week

Type: Per diem (you choose which nights you work)

What the Shift Looks Like

One-on-one in-home care

Overnight supervision and assistance

Light personal care as needed

Calm, predictable environment (no facility chaos)

What We Need

6+ months HHA experience or active MA CNA License

Valid Driver’s License + insured vehicle

CPR/BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

TB test & Physical (within 1 year)

Ability to stay awake, alert, and dependable overnight
