The Opportunity

Boost Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited agency in Brookline. We are looking for one exceptional PT to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.

Coverage Area: Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton.

What you’ll be doing:

Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

Complete accurate OASIS assessments and timely documentation.

Coordinate care planning with physicians and our clinical team.

Supervise PTAs as needed per Massachusetts standards.

What we’re looking for:

Licensure: Active Massachusetts PT license in good standing.

Experience: 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehab preferred.

Reliability: Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Availability: Able to commit to at least 15 hours per week.

Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare OASIS (training is available).
