Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while delivering individualized care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions

Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs

Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to a per diem schedule

Preferred Experience

Outpatient orthopedic experience

Experience with one-on-one treatment models

Interest in wellness, prevention, or functional movement training
