Responsibilities: • Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength. • Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized care plans. • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. • Ensure all therapy equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order. • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Qualifications: • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. • Experience in assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance mobility and strength. • Ability to collaborate effectively with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized care plans. • Proven track record of monitoring patient progress and communicating changes to the supervising therapist. • Skill in educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. • Commitment to ensuring therapy equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order. • Strong communication skills to coordinate patient care with the healthcare team and optimize outcomes. Compensation: $95 hourly
